This course covers New Labour Codes drafted considering the 60 recommendations made by the national labour commission of India. Upon completion, you will have a comprehensive understanding of all the codes and changes in the role of an HR executive which are expected to happen after the codes are implemented. The course is presented through pre-developed videos, divided into 5 sections, and has a total duration of approximately 1hr 2 minutes.
